Stanley M. Brown, III. Mr. Brown has been affiliated with Cheshire Partners as President of a number of start-up ventures requiring establishing new markets, manufacturing new products and taking professional services to the domestic and offshore marketplaces. These included: IRSI, a manufacturer and marketer of in-room vending systems to the lodging market; Ocean Trading Company, a consulting group facilitating the establishment of joint ventures within China for American investors; Endrun, LLC, an engineering enterprise developing new internal combustion valving and Surface Preparation Systems, Inc., a manufacturer and marketer of innovative equipment for contractors. Additionally, Mr. Brown has provided strategic marketing consultation services to professional practices for reputation management, on-line marketing and market share growth. Mr. Brown has been an independent director on the Board of Directors of CTI Industries Corporation (NASDAQ: CTIB) for over 10 years; he chairs the Compensation Committee and is a member of the Governance Committee. Mr. Brown served as a Naval aviator in the United States Navy achieving the rank of Captain. He has one dog, although as a Bernese Mountain Dog, he might count for 2. He holds a BA degree from Fordham University.
